Eligibility

The contest is open to all visitors of Pilgrim Skating Arena, Inc. aged 12 and under

All entries should be submitted on an individual basis

No shared work is allowed

 

Entry Limit

One poster per person.

Age Requirement

This contest is open to children ages 12 years old and under.

 

Prize

ALL entries will be celebrated and displayed in our lobby but the winner from each age bracket will receive a $25 Pilgrim Skating Arena gift card.

 

Age Brackets

Posters will be judged, and prizes awarded for the following age brackets:

        •Ages 5 years old and under

        •Ages 6-7 years old

        •Ages 8-10 years old

        •Ages 11-12 years old

 

Entry Deadline

Entries must be submitted to the Pro Shop at Pilgrim Skating Arena by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 20, 2024.

 

Poster Requirements

Objective: Design a holiday-themed poster that includes all of the following elements:

        •Winter holiday theme

        •Hockey

        •Pilgrim Skating Arena

        •Contestant’s first name, age and town on front of poster

        •Work must be completed only by the contestant

        •Poster can be horizontal or vertical, measuring 11” x 14″. We have paper and crayons available at the Pro Shop.

        •Mixed physical media (crayons, pencils, watercolor, acrylics, pastels, etc.) are allowed – no computer-generated                    graphics please.

        •Contestant’s parents must submit contest waiver form along with poster

 

Winners

One winner will be chosen from each age group by Pilgrim Skating Arena management and employees. All posters will be displayed in Pilgrim’s lobby and the winners will be noted. Winning designs will be featured on Pilgrim Skating Arena’s website and social media (Facebook & Instagram) at the sole discretion of Pilgrim Skating Arena, Inc. Pilgrim Skating Arena will assume full ownership of the content. RightsAll winning entries become the property of Pilgrim Skating Arena, Inc. Entry in the contest constitutes full permission to publish names and photos of the winners without further compensation. The determination of eligibility of entries and any interpretation of these rules is at the sole discretion of Pilgrim Skating Arena and shall be final and binding upon all entrants.By participating, the entrant and their parents agree to abide by and be bound by these rules.
